- Subscription Data: Purchase history, subscription status, transaction records (processed by Apple)

- Local Storage: Most of your data (quit date, cravings, achievements) is stored locally on your device
- Cloud Backup: If you create an account, data is backed up to Firebase Cloud Firestore for synchronization across devices
- Encryption: Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS
- Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure

- Active Accounts: We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide services

Quit Coach AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
The App is rated 12+ due to health and wellness content related to smoking cessation.
9. International Users
If you are accessing Quit Coach AI from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by:
